We are currently demonstrating the effectiveness in our industrial DEMO plant in the chemical park in Leuna near Leipzig.

This allows us to fully show the potential of our technology as a solution to the world’s plastics problem.

Our second generation MLM-R® technology is a unique combination of industrial demonstration and R&D facility.

Engineering for Commercial Plant

Our industrial DEMO plant has proven the scalability of our patented technology.

Engineering has already started for our commercial plant with a processing capacity of 70.000 tons of waste plastic per year.

We have created a powerful research platform to develop solutions for the complex requirements of our international customers. To achieve this, we have taken everything we have learnt from our pilot plant in Italy and improved the technology.

We are committed to accelerating circularity by investing in technology development in collaboration with Fraunhofer CBP.

OUR PILOT PLANT

THE FIRST GENERATION MLM-R® TECHNOLOGY

Our technology is based on more than 25 years of scientific and experimental research into the pyrolysis process and its various technical realizations by Prof. Dr. Maria Laura Mastellone.

By combining two reactors in an innovative loop sequence, we have successfully addressed the major challenges of the pyrolysis process: Our patented technology is a highly economical process, which we have verified with our pilot plant in Italy.
